The Dorothy Alexander Legacy Society

Honoring our Past, Stewarding our Present, and Planning for Our Future
The Dorothy Alexander Legacy Society honors those individuals who have included Atlanta Ballet in their long-term estate plans through bequests and other deferred-giving arrangements. By leaving a legacy gift to Atlanta Ballet, your bequest will help grow our endowment and ensure that Atlanta Ballet will continue to bring the same joy and wonder to new generations long into the future as we bring to you today.

Documenting Your Bequest Intention

In order to support the mission of Atlanta Ballet long into the future, I have included a non-contingent, irrevocable bequest to Atlanta Ballet as a part of my estate plan. A copy of the relevant provision of my will, trust, or beneficiary designation form is attached. If I make any change to this provision, I or my legal representative will notify Atlanta Ballet of such change. I understand that it is the practice of Atlanta Ballet to place all bequests into its Board-Designated Endowment (unless otherwise instructed by me) and that corpus amount shall remain in perpetuity, with the distributable income being used as directed below. At this time, Atlanta Ballet distributable funds are defined as up to 5% of a 3-year rolling average of the market value. The information disclosed in this questionnaire will be kept strictly confidential.
